To nonsense episode 2; episode 3 Nonsense episode 1: Lately, in the first half of this month (June, 2003), we had a lot of raining and thunderstorm in my city, Fort Worth, Texas, USA... It's raining after raining, thunderstorm after thunderstorm... At my workplace, Nokia Mobile Phone, a group of Vietnamese workers often hang around in the smoking louge every break... We talk about almost everything from the weather to the rumors... Once, one of the old man curiously said: "damn, it has been raining for days, that's a lot of water from the sky up there, isn't it?"... Another man replied: "well, we had a dried season later without rain, there's go your water saving up"... I just finished my cigarette, asked nonsensely: "Is there any of you really know why we had too much raining and thunderstorm lately?"... "Nope, why?" - they all asked me... "Well, as time goes by, people in the world turned from good to bad... So, there are only few people went to heaven when after death... Therefore, they couldn't use the large amount of electricity (thunder is just a form of electriciy as everyone already knew) and water... That's why God just had to spend those extra water and energy somewhere else for fun... Most of people today will go to hell for all the bad things they did in their lives (including me)... And hell didn't use either electricity nor water at all, I can guarantee you that... In hell, they use oil to burn those big pan of bad people... With those big flames, there's no point to use electricity then... With all the oil they are buring in, there's also no point to drink water or take a bath either, am I right?"... Then we all laughed for the heck of the nonsense story I made up... But, looking back into the history of human, I just couldn't deny the fact that we are truly turning ourselves away from the goodness to the evil... Traditional people may not have all the technologies that we are having today, but they surely had the righteousness, nicer way to live their lives... Today, being successful sometimes means stepping on the others' heads to go up the ladder of society... For money, for success, people didn't care to do anything it takes... I once read those nice stories of the past, when love is truly pure... Those stories of people who loves each another for the goodness, not for money and a richer life... I once read those nice stories of the past, when righteousness is required of anyone who calls himself a good person... When people treated people with respect and love... When a person's value was made up by how he doing thing, not what did he get up to... When a person's choise is to die pure then live dirty... But that's the past, that's the history... As human making progress in technology, they lost the true meaning of being human... It's a long time from the past until the present, I guess we just can't go back time to live with our pure goodnesses any more...
